3 years ago we classified our vineyards like French wineries have been doing for years. Due to our long experience we were able to classify all vineyards depending on age, grape variety, clone, soil and sunshine hours. Picking time and yield are additional criteria. The result are 3 basic product ranges which will help you decide which wine to buy. Edition In this line we present wines that are perfect accompaniment
for food. Their well-balanced taste makes them match many dishes. Edition
wine must have "Kabinett" quality level at least and come
from yield-restricted vineyards. Having ripened in younger vineyards
with modern clones they develop an incredible variety of flavours. Premium By thinning out vines to one grape per stem we get characteristic,
well-balanced wines. For these top-level wines we only use grapes from
vineyards older than 20 years. Ripening is naturally enhanced by partial
removal of the leaves. This way we get our best quality year after year
and we know you will like it.
