Most of our vineyards are facing the south or southwest for maximum exposure to sunlight.

- Unteröwisheim
- Zeutern

Our vines grow on different soils:
- Riesling: clayey Keuper on weathered sandstone
- Gray Burgundy: clayey loam
- White Burgundy: sandy loess
- Auxerrois: sandy clay
- Spätburgunder: clay soils
